Xoriant partnered with Jombay to design a Leadership Development Journey for senior leaders, built to align leadership capability directly with the organisation's growth strategy and transformation agenda.
- Built around three mindsets that drive growth: The entire journey was anchored to Growth Mindset, Consultative Mindset, and Entrepreneurial Mindset - the specific ways of thinking that Xoriant's senior leaders need to drive client impact, build internal synergies, and lead through transformation.
- Designed for depth, not just exposure: Across six Virtual Instructor-Led Training sessions and a dedicated refresher, participants didn't just learn concepts - they engaged, applied, and returned to reinforce. The refresher ensured that learning didn't stop at the last session.
- Measured for impact: A Closure Report captured the outcomes of the journey - giving Xoriant's leadership a clear view of how the programme landed and what shifted across the cohort
What this enabled
The numbers spoke for themselves - the experience received a perfect NPS of 10.
