To enable this shift, Shriram partnered with Jombay to design a focused, immersive learning experience centered on applying AI meaningfully at work.

- Anchored to real managerial impact: The program focused on two critical dimensions - Managing Self with AI and Managing People with AI - ensuring that leaders understood not only how to use AI tools personally, but how to guide teams in adopting them responsibly and effectively.
- Designed for practical application: The two-day Instructor-Led intervention focused on helping managers understand how AI can support their day-to-day responsibilities - encouraging thoughtful adoption and confident experimentation within their roles.
- Built for cross-functional relevance: With managers from different parts of the organization participating, the program created space for shared perspectives on how AI can enhance effectiveness, collaboration, and decision-making across teams.
