Participants went through a combination of personality insights, cognitive exercises, simulations, case-based problem solving, and structured interviews. Together, these provided a practical, role-relevant view of how individuals think, adapt, collaborate, and deliver in everyday work situations. - Clear, actionable insights:
Each participant received an individual report highlighting strengths and focus areas, while leadership teams were supported with stack ranks and exercise summary reports - enabling structured, data-backed talent conversations.
