How the journey came together

Anchored to leadership priorities that matter:
The experience was aligned to three core capability areas critical for UFlex’s future leaders - Personal Leadership, People & Performance Leadership, and Strategic Leadership - ensuring development was rooted in real business expectations.
Insight-led, then development-focused:
The journey began with a Growth Center experience that combined personality insights, business-relevant case work, and structured leadership conversations. These insights set the foundation for a hybrid development journey that included instructor-led sessions and individual development planning (IDP).
Designed as a journey, not an event:
Learning was reinforced through classroom experiences and ongoing reflection, allowing participants to connect insight with action and translate learning into their day-to-day leadership context.

What this enabled

The initiative has helped UFlex build sharper visibility into leadership readiness at the senior level, while creating momentum for focused development conversations. Participants gained clearer awareness of their leadership strengths and development priorities, enabling the organization to anchor future growth and succession efforts in insight-led development rather than intuition.
